Staffing for the Pharmacy Program includes a Pharmacy Director in conjunction with the Gainwell Technologies Pharmacy Team. The objective of the pharmacy program is to ensure that DMAP members have access to appropriate medications while monitoring utilization and cost-effectiveness. The rapid changes in the pharmacy industry and the importance of communicating new information to the pharmacy community are critical to the quality and continuity of care for Delaware citizens. Pharmacy Provider Enrollment is Open! Enrollment with the Delaware Medical Assistance Program (DMAP) is required for pharmacists rendering services to receive payment for prescriptive family planning, PrEP or PEP for HIV, or other health services permitted by the Division of Public Health (DPH). Reports can also be made by calling 1-800-372-2022. ‹ › Labeler Credit Process Changes Coming in 2027 Effective January 1, 2027, DMMA will implement an updated process for managing labeler credits. Under the revised policy, the State of Delaware will limit the accumulation of labeler credits to no more than two (2) invoicing quarters. Any credits remaining beyond this period will be automatically applied to the oldest outstanding invoices. This change is intended to streamline credit reconciliation, reduce the amount owed to the State, and ensure timely debit of any outstanding balances from labelers. Per CMS guidance, manufacturers and states are encouraged to work together to ensure appropriate payments are made and credits applied timely.
